What is GeniusQ?

The story behind it
GeniusQ began with a successful leader walking away from a job he was good at. After building LinkedIn's early marketing solutions business past $100m and growing CBS Outdoor International to $950m, Clive Punter had every external marker of success. In 2011 he left, not because he was failing, but because he could feel he was operating below his best. The role no longer matched the person. That moment became the founding idea of GeniusQ: success without fulfilment isn't success.
Over the decade that followed, Clive refined the method one senior leader at a time, working with founders, CEOs and executives from Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Skype, LinkedIn and beyond. A vocabulary emerged, then a structure, then a repeatable process: Discovery, Formation, Execution. Clients stopped calling it career coaching and began describing it as the thing that finally made sense of everything they had done, and everything they wanted next.
UPworking now translates that proprietary method into a platform, so the rigour Clive once delivered in the room can reach far more people than any single diary could. UPworking is the brand; GeniusQ is the method that powers it.
Why it matters now
